Available vs. Catalog
The Agents page is divided into two sections:
- Available — Agents currently active for your team. These can be assigned to plan steps.
- Catalog — All agents not yet added to your team. Browse and add the ones you need.
Use the search bar to find agents by name, or filter by team/department.
Develops content calendars, messaging frameworks, and editorial guidelines aligned with brand strategy.
Reviews deal structures, pricing exceptions, and contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies.
Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships and driving revenue growth.
Develops and protects brand identity across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.
Adding & Removing Agents
To add an agent from the catalog, click the Add button on its card. The agent moves to the Available section and can be assigned to plan steps immediately.
To remove an agent, click the Remove button. This doesn't delete the agent — it just removes it from your team's active list. You can re-add it later.
Custom Agents
Create agents tailored to your organization's specific needs. Click Create Agent and fill in:
- Name — A descriptive name for the agent
- Description — What the agent specializes in
- Role — The system prompt that defines the agent's persona and behavior
- Team — Which department the agent belongs to
Custom agents are marked with a Custom badge and can be edited or deleted at any time.
Best practice: Make agent roles specific and focused. A "Technical Content Writer" will produce better results than a generic "Writer" because the role instructions guide the agent's behavior.
Agent Assignment in Plans
When building a plan (via chat or manually), each step is assigned an agent. The agent selection determines:
- The system prompt sent to the AI model
- The persona and communication style of the response
- Which skills and domain knowledge are applied
You can only assign agents that are in your team's Available list.
