Manage your profile, team, and organization configuration.
Profile
The Profile tab is available to all users. Here you can update:
- Profile photo — Upload an image that appears alongside your tasks and chat messages
- First name and last name
- Job title
Click Save Changes to update your profile.
Team Management
The Team tab is visible to team administrators. It provides:
Team Details
- Team name — The name of your department/team
- API key — Your team's Anthropic API key (if using a team-specific key)
Members
View and manage team members:
- See all current members with their names, emails, and roles
- Roles are Admin or Member
Invitations
Invite new members to your team:
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- An invitation is sent with a code they can use during sign-up
Pending invitations are listed with their status. You can revoke invitations that haven't been accepted.

Note: New members who sign up with an invitation code are automatically added to your team with the Member role.
Organization
The Organization tab is visible to organization administrators. It provides:
- Organization name — Your company or organization name
- API key management — Configure the Anthropic API key used by all teams in the organization
The organization-level API key serves as the default for all teams. Individual teams can override this with their own key in the Team settings.
Roles & Permissions

Spend & Billing
Agentican tracks token usage and cost across all tasks in your organization. Your billing plan determines your monthly spend limit.
Current Month Spend
The app displays your organization's current month spend, calculated from all token usage (input, output, cache, and web search requests) across all tasks. Cost is computed based on your plan's token pricing.
Spend Limits
Each billing plan has a spend limit. When your organization's monthly spend reaches the limit:
- New plan runs and chat requests are blocked
- The app displays a "no remaining credits" message
- Already-running tasks are not interrupted
Spend resets at the start of each calendar month.
Session & Security
Sessions are managed automatically:
- Sessions expire after 1 hour of inactivity
- Active use refreshes the session automatically
- If your session expires, a re-authentication modal appears — enter your password to continue without losing your place
- Click Sign Out in the sidebar to end your session manually
